Keep only account-safe evidence. A useful case normally needs the page, status, reference and IST timestamp, not a password or OTP. Select the closest topic below and follow its sequence from observation to resolution.

A useful reading session is short and specific. Open the nearest note, compare its checkpoints with the wording on your phone and stop when you reach a condition that has not been met. Changing another part of the account will not solve an unmet date, eligibility rule or review period. Return to the directory whenever the visible stage changes.

The directory also works as a handover record. When another person is helping with the device, point them to the relevant page but keep passwords, OTPs and identity details under the account holder’s control. Assistance should never require surrendering sign-in access.
